Progressive strength programming built around your goals and adapted to wherever you are in the world. Full gym, hotel gym, or anywhere in between — your program travels with you and keeps building. And as we work together, you learn to actually feel it. Real muscle activation, genuine effort, knowing the difference between pushing hard and pushing through something your body is asking you to pay attention to.

Custom nutrition framework

A flexible approach built around your metabolism, your specific body data, and how you actually eat. Not a generic calculator. Not trends. Not guesswork. A strategy built on what the data shows, specific to you, that gets you results and lets you live your life.

The Body Literacy Guide

Every client receives this as part of their coaching. A guide to muscle activation, reading real effort, understanding your body's signals, and building the felt relationship with your body that makes everything else work. This is the foundation underneath the programming — the thing that turns a good plan into something that actually holds.

Daily messaging access

Text or voice note me whenever you need. The 6am hotel gym panic, the restaurant menu confusion, the hard day, the big win. I respond 6 days a week and I'm genuinely there. This is what makes everything move faster.

Weekly check-ins and continuous adjustments

Every week we check in on how you're feeling and how your body is responding. Your program adapts in real time — nothing is set and forget, everything keeps moving with you.

This is woven into every other element of the work, not bolted on at the end. We address the patterns — all-or-nothing, perfectionism, guilt cycles — and then go deeper into who you are in relation to your body. The identity underneath the behaviour. Most coaches skip this entirely. It's usually what changes everything.

Body Unmuted is a minimum 6 month commitment. Real transformation takes time — not just in your body, but in your relationship with it. I want to make sure you have everything you need to see it through and come out the other side genuinely different, not just temporarily changed.

Pricing isn’t listed here, intentionally. Every woman I work with is different and I want to make sure we’re genuinely the right fit before we talk numbers. If you’re accepted, we’ll go through everything on a call together.
